Brittney Senger was elected as the MLA for Saskatoon Southeast in 2024. She serves as the Shadow Minister for Ethics and Democracy, Disabilities, and Community-Based Organizations—roles that reflect her deep commitment to justice, transparency, and community well-being.
As Shadow Minister for Ethics and Democracy, Brittney advocates for open, accountable government. She works to ensure that decisions made in the Legislature reflect the highest ethical standards and put the people of Saskatchewan first.
In her work supporting people with disabilities and community-based organizations, Brittney is a passionate advocate for individuals and families who rely on critical services. She collaborates closely with community members and organizations to develop informed, compassionate policies that respond to real needs.
Brittney has been a strong voice in the Legislature for better healthcare, including improved access to mammograms and expanded support for people with complex needs. She has called on the government to sign the $10-a-day childcare agreement and increase funding for the Saskatchewan Assured Income for Disabilities (SAID) program, pushing for real change where it’s needed most.
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Brittney holds a degree in Political Studies and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Saskatchewan. Before entering politics, she worked with national organizations like the Broadbent Institute and Equal Voice, and has long been involved in community volunteering.
Brittney is committed to building a Saskatchewan where everyone—regardless of background or ability—feels safe, valued, and supported.
